The best file format to send is PDF
So if you can, please convert your file to this format (Save As/Export or Print to PDF). Attach your image along with details on desired dimensions (in mm). Stamps can be created using vector or bitmap graphics...
Vector
PDF or AI formats (Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier format) are preferred. ALL FONTS SHOULD BE OUTLINED. Colour should be RGB Black/White only.
Bitmap
Send us the highest quality image you have. We can work with many formats but prefer PDF, JPG, PNG or TIF formats. Ideally the image will be setup as black & white.
If you can't source a version of your image in the ideal format, try finding any high resolution (ie as high pixel count as possible) version (JPG or PDF), we can convert to correct size and black and white here.
